Immerso nella tranquilla campagna del Sulcis, il B&B Nuraximannu con la sua struttura che riproduce fedelmente le antiche abitazioni rurali sarde, offre ai suoi clienti un soggiorno in un ambiente familiare e confortevole. E’ situato in una posizione dalla quale è facile raggiungere il mare, le rinomate grotte di “Is Zuddas”, numerosi siti archeologici (come il complesso nuragico di Barumini), le miniere di carbone di Serbariu (Carbonia), la città di Cagliari ed il bellissimo bosco di Pantaleo, la più grande macchia mediterranea presente in Europa.
La struttura è circondata da un parco di circa 5 ettari formato da macchia mediterranea, alberi da frutto e da un uliveto che produce un ottimo Olio.

Il parco è completamente recintato ed è a disposizione dei clienti che potranno effettuare rilassanti passeggiate disturbati soltanto dal tintinnio delle campanelle di capre e pecore al pascolo nei terreni circostanti.
A pochi km. dal B&B, nel centro del Paese di Santadi si trovano il ristorante pizzeria Licu e Giannicu e l’osteria vineria Cibus dove si possono degustare piatti tipici locali e pizza e dalle 19,30 offrono anche sfiziosi aperitivi all’aperto. In zona ci sono anche ottimi agriturismi.
Per gli amanti del buon vino si potrà visitare la cantina sociale di Santadi che produce alcuni fra i vini più pregiati della Sardegna. Sempre nelle vicinanze si trova il caseificio dal quale potrete acquistare ottimi formaggi di pecora di qualsiasi stagionatura, ricotta e caprini. Nel paese si possono acquistare ed ammirare prodotti artigianali tra cui i caratteristici coltelli del coltellinaio Beniamino Vacca.

About Us – A Brief History

Surrounded by the natural and quiet countryside of the Sulcis Area, the “B & B Nuraximannu” is a residential estate typically reproducing the old sardinian farmhouses. It offers its guests a comfortable accomodation in a house enviroment.
It’s located within a easy reach from the sea. In the surroundings you can visit the famous caves of “Is Zuddas, numerous archaeological sites (like the Nuragic Barumini complex), the coal mines of Serbariu, the capital Cagliari and the wonderful forest of Pantaleo ( the largest Mediterranean protected area).
The Reserve is surrounded by a very large park (5 hectares) composed of mediterranean scrub and a variety of fruit trees and olive trees producing an excellent oil.
The park is completely fenced and tourists can take relaxing walks disturbed only by the tinkling bells of goats and sheep grazing on the surrounding fields.
Whitin a few Km from the B & B there is the restaurant “Is Zuddas” where the guests can have lunch and dinner enjoying delicius typical sardinian dishes. Lovers of good wine, can visit the winery of Santadi producing some of the finest wines of the island.
Nearly you can find a cheese factory where you can buy a variety of sheep adn goat cheese.Nearest village there are some shops where you can buy handicrafts including the typical knives directly made by the cutler Beniamino Vacca.
